The Program Management Fundamentals course focuses on the fundamentals of program management for new and experienced program managers looking to improve their program performance through formalized methodology and the implementation of industry best practices. The course covers the Program Management Professional standards from PMI, including a review of Project Management best practices and Risk Management skill.  This course offers the foundational instruction that every Program Manager needs to be successful in the long term.

This course follows the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and can be your first step on the way to the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Who Should Attend?

This course is tailored for new and intermediate program managers who wish to gain a greater understanding of project management best practices. To be successful, a student will have a basic understanding of Project Management and will have managed or will be currently managing a project.
